See us on the Big Stage!

Every year, we put on multiple performances, which means you have multiple opportunities to light up the big stage! Whether you’d like to dance beneath the stage lights, or experience it in the audience, our shows are events to look forward to. We typically have a Nutcracker show in December, and a end-of-the-year production in June (known to many as the June Pro). Every other year, we will be having the “Spooky Nutcracker,” a Halloween show in October!

  A Brand-New Musical Inspired by the classic cartoons of the 1930s & ’40s and music of Sammy Timberg, presented by the International Academy of Dance. Don’t miss this Betty Boop Musical, featuring old favorites and retro styles.

  Step back into the golden age of animation and jazz when IADance presents “Don’t Take My Boop Oop A Doop Away – Musical Justice,” a lively new musical inspired by the iconic Fleischer cartoons of the 1930s and ’40s. Performances will take place April 10th and 11th at IAD’s Ballet Box Theater, 320 Encinal Street in Santa Cruz.
