Doug Barsanti has a masters degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Doug’s training programs are based on a “quality over quantity” approach. Doug has designed group programs for Precision Wellness Center and Fleet Feet Sports Aptos with a focus on improving body control, strength, and endurance with a lower risk of injury.
The Age Stronger Fitness program uses the newest methods in core and full-body training to develop strength, cardio conditioning, and coordination you can use on your feet. Doug Barsanti of ReInvention Fitness and ReInvention Notebook will be coaching this 6-week program starting Tuesday May 2nd. Come learn how to master your body in motion!
