An original dance production and tribute to Dr. Seuss with dancers of all ages, in many styles ranging from ballet to hip-hop, with contemporary, tap, modern and belly dance.

Join the festivities and celebrate the 50th anniversary of McGrew’s Amazing Zoo with Thing 1, Thing 2 and Cindy Lou Who! This twirling, swirling dance performance spectacular is a tribute to all things Seuss.
The original story debuts with all our your favorite Seuss-y characters, featuring the dancers of the International Academy of Dance from Talls to Smalls and everything in between. Featuring a variety of dance styles ranging from ballet to hip-hop, with contemporary, tap, modern and belly dance. Something for everyone!
Find a comfy seat in the lawn of the beautiful Mount Hermon Meadow and get lost in the mesmerizing truffula forest at McGrew’s Zoo.

A Tribute to Seuss from the Director:
Here’s a story thats supposed to open with something great!
Thats an awful lot on our plate.
It seems you’ve said it all in every which way dear, Seuss
Is there anything left to add of any use?
Can it be dreamed up like a zany person on a minuscule flower
Rowing a blue tufted tusk on a long lazy river?
Can it be unwound like the soft oozy twine of a truffula tree
On a silly sill-ee?
Can it be reinvented like a Grinch standing, Grinch feet ice cold in the snow?
You remember his heart grew a few sizes that day in that Grinch show.
These things have puzzled our puzzlers sore and we realize there is
Little more.
Hopefully you’ll be proud of what shenanigans take place
