    Pilates for Dancers

    A flowing repertoire of stretching, strengthening and stabilizing exercises to improve muscle strength and flexibility. Focus on body awareness, coordination and controlled movement. Challenge your body and mind to move more freely in dance and life. Focus on quality of movement while strengthening and challenging good form and stability. Emphasis is on Pilates for dancers.

    Body Rolling

    Revolutionary fitness and exercise system that is perfect for everyone – and that everyone can do, using a small ball and foam roller to release and elongate muscles. Help improve your posture and break old tension patterns that restrict movement. You will find it is like a workout, massage and chiropractic session all in one! Relax and invigorate while building core strength and balance. Now, let’s get rolling!

    *Note: Dancers not pre-registered will be charged at drop-in rate.

    One class: $80/session (4 classes)
    Both classes: $135/session (8 classes)
